This is the finalised card design for the High Priestess. The snow storm is an average snow storm, and I made the character more robotic, going with the Science Fiction theme. I also incorporated the Aurora Borealis and some mist for some background effect.

2 poses that were conjured up for the High Priestess. I went with the second design because it not only an action pose, but it also because it makes her look like less of a man.
The design of the Commando Angel and the various colour schemes that were conjured up. She was originally going to be a humanoid character, and because I was going for a different element (e.g. fire, ice, air, etc.) I went with concept 4, for an Ice themed character.
Some of the wings that were influenced by angel wing tattoo art, and several colour schemes for them to try and stay in line with the Science Fiction theme.
II - The High Priestess
This was the fourth character I had to design for my Honours project at University. Designing female characters was somewhat challenging to do since proportions are different to that of male characters.
The central idea behind the High Priestess was costumes with different powers, an idea that came from playing Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (13).
